Your items will be carefully packaged in Rachel Strange Jewellery branded packaging and shipped in a branded box.

Delivery Methods
UK Domestic Shipping. I offer two Royal Mail services:
- Tracked 24 Service (£5.50) - Includes insurance up to £150
- Special Delivery Next Day (£9.00) - Includes insurance up to £750
Alternative delivery options are available upon request.

International Shipping
- Available worldwide (excluding EU countries due to GPSR regulations)
- Services via Royal Mail or FedEx (Delivery time: 2-10 working days, Cost: approx £35). These services will be fully tracked and insured.

Delivery Process
- Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel is dispatched
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- If delivery cannot be made, a calling card will be left with collection/redelivery instructions

Delivery Times

- Neither Rachel Strange Jewellery nor the courier can guarantee exact delivery times
- No compensation is provided for delays beyond estimated timeframes
