Returns

I am happy to offer a return on your piece should you change your mind, it is the wrong size and cannot be altered or if you are unhappy with your item. If you would like to return it please note the following information:
-You have up to 7 days from receiving your piece to request a refund.
-Your piece must be in perfect, unworn condition and in the original packaging.
-Please email me before posting any items back, to discuss the item and request the address.
-Items sent back for a refund without prior agreement by email will not be accepted.
-Rachel Strange Jewellery does not refund post or packaging costs, tax or duties payable for refunds.

In compliance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, RSJ cannot accept the return of pierced items such as earrings, unless due to a fault during the creative process.

Bespoke Items

Bespoke items that are made to order are not entitled to refund or exchange unless faulty, but in some cases items can be remade or adjusted under your Warranty period. Read more about this here.

Exchange on Items

If you are not happy with your piece or it is faulty, I can offer an exchange in replacement of the original piece.
-Exchanges can take place up to 7 days once you receive your order
